      Great little bag
      This little purse, I say “little” because the purses I usually carry are way larger, but it’s surprisingly capable of holding everything I really need, and orderly. Much easier to manage, too, than a larger bag. I am very happy with the quality and look. I ordered the slimmer strap separately, but the wide strap it comes with is nice too. My only, and I don’t want to call it a criticism, because I knew it before I bought it, is that I almost always open the wrong zipper. I’m trying to figure a way to mark one identical side from the other so I know which side to unzip. I did not opt to pay extra for the huge initial's, which would have solved that little problem. All told, I really like this little purse.

      Love it but sometimes it flips over
      I love this bag. It's the perfect crossbody size and quality that I was looking for. There is just one downside, sometimes if I pick the bag up by the strap while the zippers are open the bag tends to flip upside down and everything will fall out of my bag. It happened once while I was exiting my vehicle and I had to search under my car for my belongings. I'm not sure if it's because of the location of the straps on the side of the bag but it can feel a little unstable sometimes.

      My favorite purse
      I have been eyeing this purse for a long time. I knew I was going to get it and when I did, I have not regretted it since. It initially did not come with the leather strap and I just thought ‘why me’ but called customer service and they immediately helped me with my situation (only reason I gave 4 stars). This bag is everything!

      Perfect for travel and every day!
      I love this bag! It is the perfect traveling companion. I purchased for a recent international trip and I liked that I could fit all my essentials (passport/wallet/phone/purse essentials) inside and it was not heavy. With the double zip everything inside is easily accessible and also keeps things inside safe because you don't have to open your entire bag to get to something. It even fit a small travel umbrella which was great when visiting a place that would not allow me to carry my umbrella inside, The monogram is beautiful and chic (why wear a designer's name emblazoned on the from of your bag when you can wear your own?!)
