Great Watch Box
I got this as a gift for my brother, purchased online and sent directly to him.

It's a very nice watch box and the personalized initials were subtle (debossed w/o colour - just like how I wanted it).

Unfortunately one of the watches he had was slightly too big for the box.

Complimentary gift messaging was available, but to my surprise was only included on the 8x11 paper with the product details printed along with it. He didn't even see it. For a premium gift, I was expecting an individual gift card (hard paper stock) with my message printed on it. The box it came in was ok. The gifting experiencing was a little underwhelming.

Other than these two things, still happy with the purchase though.

Not for big wrists
The watch pillows that come with this are too small if you have large wrists. My watches with metal bracelets do not fit snugly on them. Otherwise it looks great.

Very pleased with watch case and service
I am very pleased with the watch case that I got to give as a gift. It is well made and looks nice. The only criticism that I have is the shipper used. Even though I paid for overnight shipping, the shipper said they attempted to deliver but didn’t even attempt per our doorbell camera. Got the gift later than needed but Leatherolgy made it right and refunded my shipping charge. Would order from the store again.

Nice quality but...
Quality is nice but only good is you have small wrists and will only use for slim dress watches. The case needs to be deeper, when you close the lid the glass hits my watches. The watch cushions are too small, if case was deeper it would then be able to accommodate larger cushions that will hold normal men watches in the 36mm to 42mm size of varying styles. There are better alternatives.

Best Gift By Far!
I just got this yesterday and I must say, I am impressed. Its absolutely beautiful. Even the box and dust bag are high end. I got it and set it under the tree for my boyfriend. No wrapping necessary! Beautiful box
Bought this as an anniversary gift for my husband and it came super fast (was at my door a few days after ordering). The monogram looks great and the leather box smells awesome! The only issue I have with it is the long pillow fits too snug so it bunches the material on it a bit on each side. It would look nicer if that material was as smooth as the individual pillows are. Aside from that, I love it and hope my husband does too!

Nice Watch Box/Case
This is my third watch case from Leatherology and they are great. I had a problem with the size of the "pillows" that hold the watches on this ones; so I contacted CJ is Customer Service and discussed the issue with him. He asked me to send in a picture of the pillows and they would address the problem. I sent in a photo and within a few days, I had a new set of pillows that corrected the problem. This is great customer service. I will continue to purchase from this company.

Excellent watch case
I've had several cases, and this is actually one of my favorites. The cushions sit tight, so good for travel, but also offer amazingly good protection in general. The colors are great, I have the black over brown. Only wish they had 6, or 8 watch cases that are like this, not the 8 watch case they have which isn't great having one giant cushion.

Great addition to my collection
I find myself gradually adding one of each Leatherology item to my personal collection. Typically I find uses for them other than those for which they were originally intended. This item is no exception (using two of the compartments for other jewelry although overall the box is a bit bulky and heavy for use in carry-on luggage.

The quality is consistently excellent and I've even had my butler aboard the QM2 comment on my matching accessories.

The only thing I was surprised about this item was that the monogramming was only available with gold embossing rather than blind embossing. It makes this piece the showpiece of my collection rather than another identical piece of it.
