      Product itself is amazing, ordered it for a family member, great quality, looks beautiful, they really like it. However it arrived nearly a week late, which was unfortunate because it was meant to coincide with a trip they were going on and their birthday. Customer service was great, apologized/refunded shipping, just a real unfortunate situation. Overall would have given five stars if not for this. Maybe buffer yourself some time if ordering something monogrammed.
