How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you need to make a change, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one. We process orders quickly, often within 1 hour of being placed, seven days a week. To see if your order is still eligible for cancellation, log in to your account and click into your order. If eligible, you will see a "Cancel Order" button.
Ordering & Payment
Where is my order confirmation email? An order confirmation email is sent within a few minutes of placing your order. If you did not receive one, please check your spam folder and add noreply@leatherology.com to your safe senders list. Once your order ships, you will also receive a shipment notification including your tracking number.
Which payment methods are accepted? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Leatherology Virtual Gift Cards.
Can I pay for my order in installments? Yes. At checkout you can select Shop Pay Installments to split your purchase into smaller payments. Eligible customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom may choose 4 interest-free payments every two weeks or monthly installment plans for larger purchases. Payment options and eligibility are determined during checkout. Shop Pay Installments is powered by Affirm, which manages approvals and payment schedules.
Was I charged twice? For orders made with a credit card, we place an authorization hold on your debit/credit card when you initially place your order. Orders may be split into multiple shipments. Because we charge for items when they are shipped, or as a pre-payment for special order items, this may result in multiple charges. However, the total amount charged adds up to the amount displayed when you placed the order.
Will I be charged sales tax? Items sold on Leatherology.com and shipped to locations both inside and outside the US, including territories, may be subject to tax. Orders shipping to international addresses will incur GST/PST, which are combined and listed on one line in calculating your shopping cart total. No tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order? Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need to send items to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Can I combine two orders into one shipment? We are unable to combine orders once they have been placed. If you need to order additional items, please place a new order.
Do you include gift receipts? We treat each order as a gift, whether it's for yourself or a loved one. All shipments include an order packing slip but will not display any pricing.
Do you offer local pickup? We do not offer a local pickup option for any orders.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free economy shipping on orders $125+ within the 48 contiguous United States. This offer applies to orders of $125+ after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges. The free shipping option will appear at checkout on qualifying orders. For all other shipping methods and destinations, costs are calculated at checkout once you've entered your address.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses? We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do ship to APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses. For more information, visit our Shipping page.
Personalization
Can I return a personalized item? Personalized items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. This includes all personalization options. Please refer to our Returns page for full details.
Why isn't Trapunto available on the item I want? Each Trapunto piece is made to order — we cut the leather, add hardware, and stitch the item from scratch once you place your order. Because of this, we can only offer Trapunto when we have sufficient leather hides in stock to create the piece. Availability varies by color and style, and we are not always able to offer Trapunto across every style or color. If it isn't available on the item you want, check back as availability may change.
Warranty
Do you have a warranty policy? Leatherology items carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship from the original date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or alterations. To initiate a warranty or repair request, please contact us. Proof of purchase from Leatherology is required, and third-party purchases are not covered. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.

Do you offer volume discounts or custom logo personalization? Yes. Volume discounts are offered on qualifying orders. Logos or custom artwork can be added to most styles. To learn more, visit our Corporate Orders page.
About Leatherology
Will the actual product vary from what I see on your website? The product images shown have the most accurate color possible. Differences in computer monitors may result in color variations between the actual product and your screen. In some cases, variations in leather grain or texture may also occur due to the nature of full-grain leather. We do our best to provide accurate images, but some variation in color and leather texture may exist.
Where is your corporate headquarters? Design, product development, merchandising, marketing, technology, customer care, personalization, and logistics are all conducted by our team at our headquarters in Carrollton, TX. We're proud to be a fully vertically integrated company with our wholly owned and managed manufacturing center. This unique structure allows us to carefully control the entire product process, from design to production, personalization, fulfillment, and customer care.
Where are your products manufactured? Our leather products are all designed in the USA and produced throughout the world, including in our own state-of-the-art facility in China, which adheres to our strict quality standards and ethical manufacturing practices. We produce additional items with partner factories and vendors in Asia, Europe, and the United States. We work with vendors around the world to source our premium leathers, paper products, and accessories. We are proud that 100% of our leather is sourced from Leather Working Group (LWG) certified tanneries. LWG is a not-for-profit that drives best practices and positive social and environmental change for responsible leather production.
