FAQs

How do I enter a prompt to the AI Designer?

Simply describe what you'd like the AI to create; this could be a phrase, a motif, or a style direction. Including words like “text” or “outline” can help guide the results. Once submitted, you’ll see up to four design options tailored to your prompt.

To save a design you love, click the heart icon in the top right corner. You can save up to four favorites during your session. Please note: these won’t carry over once your browser is closed.

If the results aren’t quite what you had in mind, try simplifying or rewording your prompt. You can also start over anytime by editing or refreshing your entry.

What kind of files can I upload?

You can upload .jpg, .png, or .bmp files between 50KB and 5MB. For best results, your image should be 300dpi and free of any copyrighted or trademarked content.

I’m choosing to draw or write my artwork and then upload it. How do I get the best results?

For the clearest outcome, we recommend using one dark color, black works best, on a white or transparent background. If you're hand-drawing or handwriting your artwork, bold lines made with a thick pen or marker (like a Sharpie) tend to translate best during the debossing process. Clean, high-contrast designs are key for a crisp final result.

What is the turnaround time for artwork?

Artwork personalization requires additional processing time. To ensure every detail is captured, we create a custom metal die that mirrors each line and curve of your design. Using traditional debossing methods, our team applies heat and precise pressure to imprint the artwork into the leather. Delivery timelines, including any extended processing, will be shown at checkout.
