You can track your order using either of the methods below. Please allow up to 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking details to update. Please note that Leatherology is not responsible for transit delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Track via shipping confirmation email
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link you can use to follow your order's progress.
Track via account login
You can also track your order by logging in to your Leatherology account using the email or phone number you used to place your order (prior account creation isn't required). Click into your order to find your tracking link once your order has shipped.

My order appears to be stuck or lost in transit. What should I do?
If the tracking history shows no movement or seems delayed for more than 48 hours, it's often due to carrier scanning delays, system updates, bottlenecks at sorting facilities, or high volume periods. Waiting a bit longer gives the carrier time to update tracking and continue moving the package. If after 48 hours there's still no progress, please Contact Us so we can investigate and assist further.
My order shows delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
Please wait 48 hours after the "delivered" status. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. If it's still missing after 48 hours, try the following:
- Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation is accurate.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery from the carrier.
- Check around your property (porch, garage, mailbox, etc.) and ask neighbors or members of your household if they accepted the delivery.
- Note that some packages transfer between multiple carriers — double-check all usual delivery spots.
