Changing or canceling an order: We process orders quickly, often within 1 hour of being placed, seven days a week. Once an order is processed, it can’t be changed or canceled. To see if an order is still eligible for cancellation, login to your account and click into your order. If eligible, you will see a "cancel order" button.
