Goodbye for now, DFW! Our pop-up store officially closed on February, 15, 2022. We loved meeting so many of you in-person at our NorthPark Center Pop-Up Store over the past few months. Thank you for your enthusiasm and willingness to add the simple luxury of Leatherology to your everyday wardrobe.

Our hand paint process is a work of art using up to eight layers of paint for a long lasting monogram. See our in-house artisans up close and personal as they demonstrate our hand painting personalization.

Are all styles available in-store?

You will find our bestselling and most popular styles and colors available in our store for an in-person look. For more styles, colors and personalization options, please visit us online at leatherology.com.

 

What personalization options are available in-store?

We are happy to offer deboss monograms in serif or sans serif fonts and several foil colors done on site for many of your in-store purchases. We are also offering an exclusive in-store only embroidery personalization event on select days. Check the event schedule above for more details. For more deboss personalization options, hand painted initials, or our uniquely stitched Trapunto monograms, please shop with us online at leatherology.com.

 

What can I return?

At Leatherology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we stand by the quality of our products. We are happy to refund any new, unused, and non-personalized merchandise purchased from our store within 30 days of purchase. For purchases made between November 1 and December 15, we will be accepting returns through January 15, 2022.

 

Gift cards and personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any non-personalized in-store purchases must be returned in person to the store location for a refund and cannot be returned online. Items returned that show signs of use, scratches, or other damage will not be accepted. If your item includes a “do not remove” tag, and this tag is removed, it will not be accepted for return.

How do I make a return?

** Note: Our pop-up is now closed. If you made a purchase or received a gift from our pop-up store location, any non-personalized in-store purchases may be returned online. Please contact our Customer Care team and have the original or gift receipt and, if applicable, credit card used to make the purchase available. If no receipt is presented for a store return, we are unable to accept the item.

 

Returns must be made with their original packaging. This includes, but is not limited to, the outer box/envelope, interior gift box, dust bag, product cards, and any interior stuffing placed back into item. If an item is received in unsellable condition, your return will not be accepted.

 

Can I return online purchases in-store?

Online purchases must be returned via our return form and will not be accepted for return in-store.

 

Can I make an exchange?

Unfortunately, we will not be accepting exchanges for in-store purchases.

 

When will I be refunded for my return?

For the vast majority of returns, once your item is received, it takes up to 14 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Please allow additional time for your return to be processed during the holiday season.

 

I got my item as a gift. How do I return?

Please Contact Us, and we can assist you with next steps. You must bring the original receipt or gift receipt with you to our store location to return any in-store gift purchases.

 

Can I use a digital Leatherology gift card in-store?

No, we are not accepting digital gift card codes for in-store as a payment method at this time.

 

Can I return my digital Leatherology gift card?
