Shipping policy
Leatherology ships domestically to all 50 U.S. states and select countries internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes can be estimated at checkout by entering your delivery address. Please note that all delivery estimates, whether shown at checkout or provided by the carrier, are estimates only. Delivery guarantees, where applicable, will be clearly communicated on the site and are subject to specific order and shipping conditions.
Domestic Shipping
Where we ship: All 50 states (including Alaska & Hawaii), U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Military addresses: We ship to APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses.
Free Shipping: We offer free economy shipping on orders $125+ within the 48 contiguous United States. The free shipping option will appear at checkout on qualifying orders. This offer applies to orders of $125+ after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
Shipping Fees: For all other shipping methods and destinations, costs are calculated at checkout once you've entered your address.
International Shipping
Where we ship: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
All-Inclusive Fees: International shipping, brokerage, duties, and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — no surprise charges at delivery.
All pricing, payment, and transaction amounts are represented and processed in U.S. Dollars ($USD).

Personalization Lead Times
Processing time varies by personalization type.
- Debossed items (sans, serif, script and block fonts): No additional processing time for in-stock items, outside of peak holiday periods.
- Hand Paint, Trapunto, AI Designer and Custom Artwork/Logo items: These personalization options require additional processing time, as the items are made-to-order.

Combining Orders
We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment, even if placed on the same day. Each order is processed and shipped independently. To take advantage of combined shipping, please add all desired items to your cart before checking out.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and using the Track My Order feature. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking details to update.
Leatherology is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Weather events and natural disasters
- Supply chain or operational delays
- Carrier disruptions (hub closures, rerouting, misrouted shipments, failed delivery attempts)
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout
