    We ship domestically to all 50 states in the U.S and select countries internationally. Click here for a list of all countries.

    Shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address? We can ship to you using USPS. Simply enter either APO, FPO, or DPO in the “City” field, and select your Armed Forces region from the “State/Province” drop down during Checkout.

    Domestic Shipping

    All shipping options utilize a mix of reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a secure and timely manner. After the order is placed, the system automatically selects the most efficient shipping method based on destination, size, and weight.

    We offer free economy shipping on orders $100 or more for orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. This free shipping option will automatically appear in the shopping cart on qualifying orders once you’ve entered your zip code. Offer valid on orders of $100+ after discounts are applied (excluding taxes and shipping charges).

    We offer $5 flat-rate economy shipping for all other orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping cost for all other service levels and destinations is determined in cart once you’ve entered your zip code in the Shipping & Tax Estimator. Shipping rates are based on the weight of your shipment and service selected.

    Delivery time is determined from the date the order is shipped. However, processing time varies depending on personalization selection and does not include weekends or holidays. Hand paint processing time is different from the chart below and is noted in the cart. For a more accurate delivery date, enter your zip code into the shipping estimator in checkout.

    International Shipping

    We are glad to offer all-inclusive international shipping to our customers in Canada, Mexico, Europe (see below for a full list), Australia, and New Zealand. This means that we will charge you a fee for brokerage, duties and taxes up-front, and we will then pay these charges ourselves. That way, you will not have to pay anything extra, and you can be assured that the total amount that you see in your shopping cart is all you'll pay - you won't get any surprises at the time of delivery. To view the amount of shipping, brokerage, duties and taxes for your order, simply add the products to your shopping cart and enter your postal code in the shipping & tax estimator section of the checkout page.

    Order Tracking

    You can track the status of your order 24 hours after it has been shipped using our Track My Order feature. You will need your order number & ship-to zip code to access this information. Your order number begins with Web2 and can be found on your order confirmation. Please note that Leatherology will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

    Personalization

    Our Paint and Trapunto personalization options require additional processing time. For Hand Paint, this is necessary to give our painters the proper time to paint each item by hand, and to allow the paint to dry before shipping. For Trapunto, this made-to-order, raised stitching effect can only be achieved when the personalization is created first and then the remaining elements of the product are sewn together and construction is completed at our state-of-the-art facility in China.
