Shipping options appear at checkout based on your delivery address, and timing depends on what you've selected: products without personalization typically ship within 1–2 business days, monogram deboss orders take less than a week to produce, and logo debossing can take up to two weeks to produce, plus shipping time.

FAQs

How do I shop as a corporate client?

Once you’ve created your online corporate shopping account simply log in and navigate to the product page — you'll know you're in the right place when you see the discount table displayed for reference. From there, select your leather color, quantity, and personalization style if desired, then review the digital mockup before adding the item to your cart. At checkout, enter your shipping address to be presented with available shipping options and estimated delivery dates. Any eligible corporate discount will be automatically applied at checkout, so you'll know the full cost before committing — there is no charge until you place your order.

Do I qualify for a discount?

Volume discounts of up to 35% off are available on qualifying orders. To qualify, your order must meet a minimum spend of $500, inclusive of product and personalization costs.

What is your minimum order requirement?

We do not have minimum order requirements for online orders. To qualify for a corporate discount, there is a $500 minimum order requirement on qualifying purchases.

Can I see a sample with my logo before confirming?

Physical samples are not available; however, a digital mockup will be generated when you upload your logo file on the product page. You can review the mockup before adding the item to your cart.

If you're considering a large order, we recommend ordering a non-personalized unit to confirm the product meets your needs before committing. Samples are not complimentary but are fully returnable as long as no personalization has been applied and the item meets return eligibility. Samples can be purchased directly through the website. Do you offer gift packaging?

All orders arrive in curated gift packaging that varies by style. If you would like to know the packaging for a specific item, please see the Packaging section of the item's product page.

For orders containing multiple debossed initials, individualized labels are placed on the bottom of each box for easy reference.

What kind of artwork is required to create a logo die?

To ensure optimal results in the customization process, we require a high-resolution image in .jpg, .png, .svg, or .bmp format that is between 200 KB – 5 MB in size. For best results, the artwork should be in black with a white background.
