      Great product, amazing customer service
      Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of this product (my first purchase from Leatherology), but most importantly, I was blown away by the customer service. There was a problem with my order (and Leatherology was not at fault!), so I reached out half-prepared to never receive a response. However, Ki was quick to respond and immediately resolved the issue. I really appreciated it, and it won my loyalty. This will not be my last purchase!

      I’m a sucker for anything with a great quality supple leather, and this fit the bill. I gifted it to my husband who had been looking for a pouch like this for a while. Needless to say he’s obsessed with it as much as I am. Product arrived in a week even amidst the quarantine chaos. Impressive.       I purchased 9 of these in the turquoise color as gifts for friends after my husband passed away suddenly. They loved them. I had their names embossed in the gold-so it really made them special. Some are using them as clutches as they are such a pop of color. Others using them for traveling as a cute way to keep their documents together. So many uses! I’ve ordered other items and have been extremely happy with the quality and service at such reasonable prices.
