Group Picture of All the Featured Artists at the Rococinco NYC Event

In a night of art and fine dining, the Rococinco dinner party series takes center stage.

This past Tuesday, Leatherology partnered with Maria Vogel, and her art advisory, Rococo, to kick off Frieze New York. Artists, designers, curators, and business leaders gathered at collector Shelly Socol’s art-filled Soho loft for the third edition of Rococinco, a dinner series created by Vogel’s art advisory. At each Rococinco dinner, guests enjoy a five-course meal inspired by five contemporary artists. This spring’s iteration recognized artists HyeGyeong Choi, Kenny Rivero, Madeline Peckenpaugh, Bony Ramirez, and Devin N. Morris.

Guests were greeted at their seats by Leatherology's Small Zippered Wallets with custom debossed artwork by Kenny Rivero. An artisan was also on site to offer gold foil hand lettering for an extra personalized touch. Once seated, guests were treated to a unique look inside each artist’s world with food by Maryah Ananda, a NYC-based culinary artist and model who brings curiosity to the kitchen by infusing spirituality into her vegetarian and vegan creations. Notable guests included Sue Ariza, Aindrea Emelife, Hannah Gottlieb-Graham, Caleb Hahne Quintana, Mara Hoffman, Jordan Huelskamp, David Liu, Dan McCamblau, Nazy Nazhand, Jono Pandolfi, Carla Shen, and Hannah Traore.

Leatherology has always believed in the power of personal expression. That’s why we were thrilled to partner with Rococinco in highlighting the inspiring and deeply personal practices of the evening’s celebrated artists. This communal experience brought together a diverse group of guests for an unforgettable night of art, food, and inspiration.
