      Terrible!
      I expected high quality products, especially at this price range, but what I received was not good at all. The leather was okay but the customer service at Leatherology just needs a lot of work. The zipper on my card pouch kept getting stuck and I could not even use it so I contacted customer service. They could not see the pics nor video I attached. I asked to text it to them, they said no. I felt like I was being punished for THEIR mistake! It was beyond frustrating. I had my computer engineer husband change the format of the pics and video. Finally, customer service could see it and agreed to refund the card pouch but not the tissue holder which had a horrible ugly scratch on it. They said it was the nature of the leather. Terrible company!

      Love this tissue holder!
      I tried to rate this 5 stars, but something was wrong with that part of the rating area and it would only let me give 3 stars. The workmanship on this tissue holder is beautiful, and the leather is very high quality. I love the red color with the gold monogram. It's easy to find in my purse, it keeps my tissues clean, and the snaps in the back make it so easy to refill. I will use and enjoy this for years to come!

      I lost the tissue holder I had carried for many years and fortunately found yours on the internet. I love using it for tissues in my purse. Without it, they would get all messed up. And when a friend needs a tissue, it is nice to offer one from this lovely case, which helps to keep the tissues clean. The leather has just the right thickness so that it is not too bulky in my purse. Thank you for offering this product!

      Good quality. However, I wanted more than a holder that wandered around the car and was never in one place. I slit the ends and put through the slits a three-quarter-inch elastic strap with an adjustable buckle, to bind the tissue holder to the sun visor. It's easy to fill, and it's always handy. Leatherology should market such a convenient variation.

      Disappointed
      Several years ago I purchased five or six of these tissue holders for myself and for gifts. I loved mine, but recently lost it and ordered another. I was so disappointed at the quality of the new one. Leather quality and stitching no where near as nice. Worse, the opening for tissues not even centered!
      I contacted Leatherology and spoke to a representative who said he would let the appropriate person know of my concerns. Never heard back.
      That being said, I would say it is good and useful, just not
      As lovely as they were before.
