      I ordered this as a gift for my husband's promotion & I'm a first time customer. The shipper lost the package in the mail & the tracking number stopped working. I was obviously bothered by that. I contacted customer service via email & figured I'd get the runaround. Boy was I wrong! They express shipped me a replacement order which came quickly & was just perfect! I am so pleased with the product AND the outstanding customer service!!!! Will definitely be a repeat customer.       This is a gorgeous item. I am grateful someone thought to make a version specific for left-handers. The leather is beautiful and supple. The color and monogram are both nice. It's a little thicker than I was expecting, but no complaints. Highly recommend!
