      Was apprehensive when i placed the order as i never heard of the company before. During online search for a personalized toiletry case, it came up. I am so happy that i went ahead and ordered. After 1-2 days, i received an email that the shipping/delivery may get delayed because of the bad snowstorm (very professional). I still received the order within one week of making the purchase. The packaging was amazing (it was so beautiful that i could not throw away the box it came in). The toiletry case/train is spacious, gorgeous and well made. Very high quality product. Highly recommended.

      I ordered two for gifts: one in camel and one in dark green. The leather, construction, and Trapunto monogramming quality were all excellent on both. The train case size was a bit smaller than I expected from the pictures, but I admit I never looked at the product specs and the smaller size is actually probably better for packing in a suitcase anyway. I probably would not order the Trapunto monogramming again as it is very pricey. I have ordered and been pleased with the much more economical blind embossing on other products. I don't think the Trapunto is worth the significant extra cost. All in all very happy with my purchases!
