Do gift cards expire?

No, your virtual gift card does not have an expiration date.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Virtual gift cards are redeemable online at leatherology.com only. There are two ways to redeem your gift card: (1) via your account or (2) via cart/checkout. Via Account – When you log in to your account, redeem your gift card by entering your one-time use gift card code on the My Gift Cards tab and clicking “Redeem”. Your gift card balance will be stored in your Account until you click the Store Credit button during checkout to apply. Via Checkout – You can apply your gift card code in your cart or during the payment section at checkout.

How can I check my balance?

You can check the balance of your gift card in two way: (1) via your account or (via cart/checkout). Via Account – Check your balance on the My Gift Cards tab by typing in your gift card code and clicking “Check Balance”. If you have already redeemed your gift card but haven’t applied it during your checkout process, you can find the total balance of all redeemed gift cards under the My Store Credit tab in your account. Via Checkout – You can enter your gift card code in your cart or during the payment section at checkout and click on "Check Balance".

Can I return my Leatherology gift card?

No, gift cards are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchanges.

Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?

No, gift cards are not redeemable for cash online except as required by law. They also cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards.

Does my gift card have any added fees?

No, there will be no additional processing or maintenance fees charged during the purchase of gift cards or against the unused balance of the gift cards.

What happens if I lose my gift card code?

Please treat your gift cards like cash. If you lose your printed gift card or the digital code before you have redeemed it, please immediately contact our Customer Care team at 1.800.818.4478.

How long does it take to receive a gift card when purchased?

In most situations, you will be able to view your gift card and/or its order receipt immediately. However, in some instances it can take up to 4 hours to process your payment thereby delaying your access to the gift card. .

Is there a limit to the number of gift cards I can redeem at once?

You can apply as many gift cards as you have codes for to your total cart at checkout. You can also redeem multiple gift cards through your account in the My Gift Cards tab and convert them to one total store credit balance, viewable in the My Store Credit of your account.

Can I add value to an existing gift card?

No, our virtual gift cards have set values and can only be redeemed with one-time use codes.

What does the recipient receive when their gift card arrives?

Once purchased the recipient of the virtual gift card will receive an email about their gift either immediately or at the time you indicated when adding the card to your cart. The email will include the gift card code, your personal message, and details on how to redeem.

Does the full value of the card have to be redeemed at once?

If your order subtotal is over the amount on the gift card, the full gift card balance will be applied to your order total once redeemed. If your order subtotal is less than the full gift card balance, the remainder will stay on your gift card.

Can I use a coupon code to purchase a gift card?

No, coupon codes and discounts of any kind are not applicable to gift card purchases.

Leatherology e-Gift Card and Store Credit Terms & Conditions

The following Leatherology e-Gift Card and Store Credit Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to use of Leatherology e-Gift Cards and Leatherology online Store Credits (collectively, “Cards”) issued in the U.S and internationally. This Agreement is between you, the Cardholder, and DC International, Inc (“DCI”). By purchasing, accepting or using your card, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with this agreement, do not purchase, use or accept the card.

1. Changes to Agreement
DCI reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time in its discretion, which changes we may provide to you by any reasonable means, including without limitation, by posting the revised version of this Agreement at leatherology.com. Your continued use of the agreement after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2. About Your Card
The Cards are issued by DCI. DCI is the affiliated parent of Leatherology and is authorized to issue the Cards for sale or distribution by and redemption online at leatherology.com as explained in more detail in Section 5, below. DCI is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Cards’ programs. DCI is the sole legal obligor to the Cardholder. Leatherology and its affiliates and related entities bear no responsibility or liability for the use or malfunction of any Cards, and you hereby knowingly release Leatherology and its affiliates and related entities (other than DCI) from any and all liability or claims of any nature whatsoever arising in connection with the use of the Cards.

Leatherology Cards can only be purchased online at leatherology.com. There are no other authorized retailers of Leatherology e-gift card or store credit. Leatherology Store Credit is only available to customers with valid e-gift card codes issued by Leatherology as a payment method, through customer service, or in instances where refunds to payment method use to make a purchase is no longer available. The Cards are applicable only during the checkout process.

3. Balance Inquiry
For balance inquiry, Cardholders can check using their online account with Leatherology and the Card codes or learn the balance by using the codes during the checkout process. The balance you see when inquiring is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the balance adjustment is delayed.

4. Expiration/Deactivation
Leatherology Cards do not expire. No fees for inactivity or service fees apply. DCI reserves the right to refuse to honor any Cards in the event of a disputed credit card charge, bounced check, pricing errors or other failures of consideration.

5. Redemption
A Leatherology Card amount is redeemable for purchases of merchandise online at Leatherology.com. The Cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or used to purchase another Card.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted with respect to Cards.

7. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Card
You should treat any Cards like cash. However, please immediately contact our Customer Care team at 1.800.818.4478 for any lost, stolen, or malfunctioning printed Cards or digital Card codes.

8. Limitation of Warranties
DCI and its affiliates makes no representation or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, as to the operation of the website, its information, content, availability or shipping.

9. Limitation of Liability
In the event that a Card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Cards. If it is discovered that the Card is priced on our website in error, we will notify you of the correct pricing via email and give you the option of agreeing to the order at the correct price or canceling the order. Leatherology reserves the right to cancel a Card order due to pricing or other errors. Leatherology reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason it deems reasonable.

11. Choice of Law/Forum Selection
In any circumstances where this Agreement permits the parties to litigate in court, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict of law rules. You expressly consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Texas.

12. Severability
The provisions of this Agreement are intended to be interpreted in a manner which makes them valid, legal, and enforceable. In the event any provision is found to be partially or wholly invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render it valid, legal, and enforceable. It is expressly understood and agreed between the parties that such modification or restriction may be accomplished unilaterally by DCI, or alternatively, by disposition of an arbitrator or a court of law. If such provisions cannot under any circumstances be so modified or restricted, they shall be excised from the Agreement without affecting the validity, legality or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.

13. Fraud
DCI reserves the right to refuse to an order for a Card or honor a redemption for a Card where DCI suspects that the Card was obtained fraudulently.
