Deluxe Folio

This is a really nice binder for lefties. The quality is superior. Expect this binder to last for many years. The terracotta color looks more brown online. It’s not brown- it’s more on the reddish side. If you’re going for brown, don’t choose terracotta. While the color was not exactly what I had planned, it’s still a nice folder. Very clean and professional looking. The embossing on the inside is so nice. This was a gift for someone that’s not at all a monogram person but it looks so nice and I was glad to have the option of including it on the inside. It really personalized it and the recipient loved this feature. This is expensive but so worth it. The box and presentation is also quite nice. Would make a great gift for a graduate or person with a new job, etc.

My siblings and I purchased this as one of our dad's Father's Day gifts this year. I found Leatherology via a Google search for black leather notepad portfolio, and am I ever glad I clicked that link! The leather is butter-soft, the embossing spot-on (gold, naturally), and the multitude of pockets make this an improvement on his old, beloved folio gifted to him at his college graduation. I ordered the Deluxe Portfolio as a college graduation gift, and it is perfect. The portfolio arrived quickly, and it was packaged so nicely that I did not need to wrap it in anything else before presenting it to the recipient.

The leather is great quality, and the monogramming was nicely done. the charcoal color makes the right statement for interviews or other business meetings. The graduate loved his gift, and I hope that he will enjoy using it for years to come.

I purchased this because of the color and was blown away by the quality and service. Was really impressed with my portfolio. The packaging was as amazing as luxury purchases too!! Will definitely be purchasing again.

Beautifully made and sturdy - perfect!

I bought this as a gift for my best friend who graduated with her Master's. The gift was so easy with my busy schedule. It was meaningful, personal, fully wrapped and easy gifting. I thought that I had requested a gift card which I didn't get, but it was still a gift that she enjoyed receiving.

I already gave a review. Leatherology customer service disagreed. They responded, but the review did not get posted. This is not very helpful if people are looking for reviews on the design of a product.

My review was that it was well made but poorly designed. A true left handed portfolio would open totally mirrored from a "normal" portfolio. The way yours is designed, you either have to control the loose-bottomed tablet while opening or put the folio face down so the tablet is already on the table when you open. This does not then allow you to see your monogramming. It's just a backward portfolio that you have to think about while opening. I tried to return it but because it was monogrammed and this is what your web site shows, it was my fault for ordering it. I gave the gift with an explanation.

This is my second deluxe folio, i was devastated when my bag was stolen with my first one in it and immediately replaced it but chose a different color. My first was the navy with gold monogram, second the charcoal with the stamped monogram. I absolutely love them both. I'm a self employed hair stylist of 20yrs and just can't get with the online booking so i use the folio for my appointment book. I looks classy and professional and helps buffer the fact that I'm still booking appointments the old school way. I have my eye on the matching backpack for my birthday.

I use a folio for work everyday and mine was getting very used looking. I prefer to shop locally but my store was no longer carrying anything but Black and Brown. I would recommend Leatherology online and couldn't be more happy with the quality, color choices and how quickly I received my new Folio. Couldn't be happier with it!!

Wonderful quality piece; leather is beautiful and glove-soft to the touch. Worth the price.

The leather is soft and supple to the touch. The three deeper pockets on the right side of the portfolio are large enough to hold a check book, calculator, and/or smart phone respectively. Lastly, being left handed and having used "right-handed" portfolios in the past, I can honestly say that having the notepad on the left side makes a world of difference.

This was an excellent surprise in quality and beauty upon arrival, ordering it online and all. I would recommend the product and service and company.

I could not have been more pleased with the quality not only of the portfolio itself, but of the packaging it came in. The suede clothe it was wrapped in and the substantial-weight gift box are so rich and luxurious. Also, I am very excited to be able to gift this to my sister in law who is left-handed and can never find ANY writing materials that cater to her. A home run on all counts!

Recently purchased two as college graduation gifts. My niece loved hers! It was very nice that when the box arrived to me, you all had placed sticky notes on the outside with the monograms associated with each gift which meant I did not to have open them to check and mess up the beautiful gift packaging.

First off, I need to confess… This is I don’t know how many gifts I have purchased from these guys! But, typical to form… The beautiful pad folio arrived perfectly wrapped, quickly and more beautiful than the picture showed online! I even had to call in and make an adjustment to the font used for the debossing and it did not delay things whatsoever! It was a gift for a friend who just found out she had received a job offer She had been waiting for and it was the perfect accompaniment to that moment!

I bought this for my fiancé for all the interviews that he had coming up. The quality is great, but the burgundy color looks much more red in person than is shown online. The online pictures look like a great mix of brown + dark red, but it does look more red in real life. Sadly, I had to return this and pay for return shipping out of pocket, so that's a bit of a bummer and why I took subtracted a star.

I have been holding out for the perfect folio and this is it. I got the navy with the teal monogram and it's just gorgeous! The leather is like butter and the style is very classy and professional. I'm glad I splurged and bought this. I know it will last me for the rest of my career.

I love my padfolio-- the leather is very nice and the pockets are awesome for additional papers and materials. I got the rose pink colored one and it turned out to be more of a natural color-- which I prefer! 10/10!

My two year old "bonded leather" padfolio was not aging well, so after scrutinizing reviews and ogling the Leatherology website for a few months, I took the leap and bought a Deluxe Padfolio in chocolate brown.

Suffice to say that I'm absolutely blown away. The leather is absolutely the real deal: buttery soft and supple hand feel, evenly colored, but with just enough texture to show this is made from genuine once-mooing cowhide. It smells absolutely divine, as only top-quality leather can. The stitching is immaculate, the pocket design and layout is very thoughtful, and the fit and finish is outstanding. Only thing I might change is to provide a little extra room in the "margins" to accommodate a moderately thick pen without binding up when closing the padfolio. However, I imagine that it'll stretch a bit as I break it in.

I can't speak highly enough of this product. Buy without hesitation.

Bought this as a birthday gift for a close friend. I've never bought form Leatherology but was extremely pleased with the purchase. So well made and detailed, including the Gold Initials I chose to place on the front cover. It's more than I expected and can't wait to give it to my friend!

The padfolio arrived in the mail exactly when it was supposed to (I paid for rush shipping) in the most beautiful box and packaging. It was a gift for my husband and I didn't even need to wrap it! Excellent presentation! The padfolio was a beautiful color and quality made. A+!

Gave it as a gift to my boyfriend and he loves it. Carries it to court, to meetings, anywhere he has business. He is able to fit his tablet in one pocket and important papers in the other. He's gotten numerous compliments on it as well. I just don't know how I'll top this gift in the future.

Ordered a left handed portfolio but the monogramming was in the wrong place. Contacted customer service, they rectified the problem immediately and promptly shipped out the corrected portfolio definitely recommend this company!!

The Deluxe Folio was the perfect gift for a new grad -- the website interface was perfect in showing leather colors and options/ comparing products, making the ordering process fast and easy (good for you procrastinators out there). Delivery came a day earlier than promised (yay!) . I was blown away by the elegant packaging, and the quality of the product. Better than I expected. Now, I will have to get one for myself.

I am very much a detail oriented person when it comes to leather goods and from the moment I saw the care in packaging I knew the contents could only be as exciting. The weight of the product itself immediately indicated only quality materials and structure. Very solid construction, but some of the softest leather you could want for a portfolio. The rich navy of the portfolio and gold monogram could not have been more complementary to each other. I will most definitely be making future purchases.
