This digital mockup serves to show approximate size, proportion and placement of artwork on actual product only and does not necessarily reflect the logo deboss as it will appear on the actual product. Please note copyright, registration marks, and TM symbols may not be legible due to their small size. If you wish to make the symbols legible, please specify when discussing your artwork and we will do our best to accommodate. Approval of the final mockup is required in order to begin production. Failure to do so will result in delayed production and delivery. Please note, prior to the final mockup you will be provided with one electronic proof showing personalization options to choose from. Monogram character count and placement options are set based on style construction as shown on our website. Logo artwork submitted must be in a high-resolution format, of at least 500KB or 2MB, .svg, .ai, or psd files. For screen print are unable to guarantee a 100% match.


All orders are subject to product availability, and orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Lead times quoted will begin from the date of order confirmation. Lead times vary based on the details of each project and are dependent upon each part adhering to the timeline established upon confirmation. Each order placed must meet the minimum order quantity for each style order.


Prices quoted do not include taxes or shipping. Pricing quoted on formal estimates and invoices are valid for 48 hours. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bank Wire and Company Check. Invoices exceeding $20,000 must be paid by a Company Check or Bank Wire. We do not accept ACH payment at this time. Logo deboss orders are subject to a $90 set-up fee if the order total is less than $500. Additional logo sizes will require an additional set up fee of $90. These charges cover the creation of the custom metal logo stamps.

Inspection & Return

Please ensure to inspect your order upon delivery. Any concerns must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery to rectify the concern. Non-personalized product can be returned within (30) days of the delivery date. Personalized, final sale items and custom quantity production orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Copyright & Trademark

Artwork and Copyright Release: I acknowledge that I am an authorized copyright or trademark holder, or that I have permission from the authorized copyright or trademark holder, for use of any artwork that I submit to Leatherology to use on a custom logo. I further acknowledge that by submitting artwork for use I am not infringing upon anyone else’s copyright or trademark. I understand that Leatherology will be relying on the statements I am making in this release in agreeing to create a custom logo. I also acknowledge that Leatherology shall have no obligation or duty to perform trade or service mark searches or inquiries, or the like, in order validate the propriety or legality of the provided artwork. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold Leatherology harmless from any loss, demand, suit, damages, claim or action arising out of or related to the foregoing representation or my use of custom artwork, logos, trademarks, and copyrights. I also agree that I am solely responsible for paying any judgment, loss, costs and fees (including reasonable attorney fees) incurred by Leatherology in connection with such a suit, demand, claim or damages or in connection with Leatherology’s enforcement of the indemnification against me. I acknowledge and grant Leatherology the right to use images of our logo and project for marketing purposes, including display on our website, in catalogs, and case studies.
