      The workmanship and personalization/ imprinting is very good. I’m disappointed that the leather is not smoother than it is. In all fairness, the company said that some portions of the leather are more textured than others. Had I known it would be this textured, I wouldn’t have ordered it. But that’s on me since they did mention that as a possibility.

      Couldn't be happier with my purchase. For starters, I cannot stop smelling the leather. Delicious! Also, it's the perfect fit for running errands with my iPad or a book without feeling too burdened with stuff. And the monogram on the front makes me feel super rich and sophisticated. My only wish is that the pen hole was slightly larger to better accommodate wider pens (I use a four-color pen). But that issue has become less frustrating with continual use. Overall, the product is a keeper; I will use this forever! Currently eyeing another one for work. :)

      This is a great leather journal with superb craftsmanship. I got the bordeaux color with gold engraving and it’s so classy. The stitching and leather are both high-quality. It does come with an A5 journal but it is a bit thick so I swapped it out for a thinner journal with RPET foraged pages only because it better suited my needs. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a classic notebook and I will probably be purchasing the larger version of this notebook in the near future!
