      The workmanship and personalization/ imprinting is very good. I’m disappointed that the leather is not smoother than it is. In all fairness, the company said that some portions of the leather are more textured than others. Had I known it would be this textured, I wouldn’t have ordered it. But that’s on me since they did mention that as a possibility.

      Couldn't be happier with my purchase. For starters, I cannot stop smelling the leather. Delicious! Also, it's the perfect fit for running errands with my iPad or a book without feeling too burdened with stuff. And the monogram on the front makes me feel super rich and sophisticated. My only wish is that the pen hole was slightly larger to better accommodate wider pens (I use a four-color pen). But that issue has become less frustrating with continual use. Overall, the product is a keeper; I will use this forever! Currently eyeing another one for work. :)

      I was not sure what to expect when I ordered, I hoped for the best, the reality was so much more than that. The leather is supple and you can feel the quality when you hold it. It's going to be a stunning gift. More surprising was the speed for delivery. Even with custom embossing, I received it in Canada within 3 days. All around experience...AMAZING!!
