      No returns on customized items
      Ordered a customized pouch as a gift and unfortunately my wife hated it. Workmanship was good, but it simply wasn't her style and she didn't find the size functional. Unfortunately custom items cannot be returned so it will be heading to goodwill. Be extra sure the item will be well received if getting it as a gift!
