Please allow 3-5 business days for Ground Shipping from our Carrollton, Texas headquarters. Click here to see shipping map. Keep in mind that delivery times will vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.  Please note that business days are Monday – Friday & allow 1 - 2 business days to process your order. You are not charged for any items until they are shipped to you.

We do not ship on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Monogrammed Items
No extra processing time is required to personalize an item for you. 

Rush Delivery
While we strive to expedite the shipping process for all customers, we understand that there are times when rush deliveries are necessary. Therefore, if you need an item right away, please call us at 1-800-818-4478 & we will be happy to work with you on getting your order sent out immediately.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order & 3-5 business days for ground shipping. The method of shipment we use is United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. If you would like faster delivery, we offer many types of expedited services at an additional charge.

Cost of Shipping
Actual shipping charges for all orders will be shown to you before you finalize your order. Our website is linked directly to the UPS published rate schedule and those are exactly the rates you will pay. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped by 2nd day or overnight express.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation with tracking number via email after placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation please email your contact information to info@leatherology.com and your order confirmation will be emailed to you. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Tracking
You may track your order by visiting UPS and entering your tracking number that was sent via email.

Where We Ship
We ship within the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, Canada, Puerto Rico, USVI or Internationally.
