slip. Because of the time involved in shipping and
processing your return item(s), we recommend placing a new

Exchange Instructions
Complete the Exchange portion located
on the backside of your Picking Slip/Invoice and send with
the item(s) you want to return to Leatherology. Then place
the new order on our website or call our toll free number
1.800.818.4478 to speak with a Customer Care Representative
to order the item(s) you want. We'll send in-stock items
right away and charge your credit card once the item(s) are
shipped. Once we receive the return item(s) we will credit
your return. Regrettably we cannot refund the original
shipping charge.

Leatherology strives to bring you purposeful styles with quality workmanship and keen attention to detail to assure your complete satisfaction and enjoyment. We guarantee all products against manufacturing defects, however should any item fall short of your expectations we will do our best to make it right. As with any product, normal wear and tear should be expected with use over time.
The beauty of leather is it is a natural product that demonstrates unique properties. Natural shading, grains, tiny scars and wrinkles all make it distinctive. With a little care, leather even looks more attractive as it ages thanks to the fine patina, folds and wrinkles that it develops. Leather that has been left its natural color or that has been only lightly pigmented (dyed) exhibits changes in its surfaces structure that are brought about for instance by scratches, insect bites or old scarring. These do not, as a rule, indicate deficiencies in quality but are hallmarks of a truly natural product.
