Leatherology strives to provide quality workmanship and keen attention to detail to assure your complete satisfaction and enjoyment. We guarantee all products against manufacturing defects, however, should any item fall short of your expectations due to a defect, we will do our best to make it right. As with any product, normal wear and tear should be expected to occur with use over time during the natural lifecycle of the product.
The beauty of leather is that it's a natural product with unique properties. Natural shading, grains, tiny scars and wrinkles all make it distinctive. With care, leather can look more attractive as it ages due to the fine patina, folds and wrinkles that it develops. Leather that has been left its natural color or that has been only lightly pigmented (dyed) exhibits changes in its surfaces structure that are brought about for instance by scratches, insect bites or old scarring. These do not, as a rule, indicate deficiencies in quality but are hallmarks of a truly natural product.
