Delivery was difficult. I gave you a post office box for the shipping information and UPS does not deliver to the post office. They delivered the item to another town, to a home I sold ten months ago, not the address on the original order. I did trace the order and obtained it from the home owner. UPS ground should not be a shipping option if the item is being delivered to a post office box.

I received the Jewelry case promptly. It was beautiful as shown. Sturdy, well-made and excellent leather quality. Despite having checked the dimensions, it was bulkier than I had expected, but it had space to insert a separate pouch inside for additional items. The interior was not cushioned as it should be and the interior zippered pockets were tight and would make a bulge if trying to put a piece of jewelry inside. Would be helpful too if the snaps that kept the necklaces in place had a pocket at the bottom to protect pendants in place or the remaining length of the chain in place and not overlapping with the next necklace at the neighboring snap. Overall, sturdy and well-made product.
