Monograms are an additional $10.

•	Most items are monogrammable; however, depending on certain leather types and styles some items are not.
•	For monogrammable items, the option to monogram will be presented after clicking the "Add to Bag" button.
•	There is a limit of 3 letters per item. All capital letters and no punctuation (ie. period).
•	Some leather types will darken in the area where debossed.
•	Please understand, based on the finish, style and features of the leather piece, we have pre-selected the font size and placement of the personalization.
•	Regrettably, monogrammed items are nonrefundable.

The product is mostly what I wanted. However I'd like it to be a bit wider and not so long to enable me to carry my calculator in it as well. It's well built. All in all I'd give the product a B+.

The pencil pouch was bought as a Christmas gift along with a computer sleeve. My daughter loves both of them. Good quality for a professional appearance and use.
