This was my first order from Leatherology. When I accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed them to request a revision to the 13" sleeve, they were prompt to reply (over the weekend) and took great care of my order. Not only did I receive the requested size, but in time for Christmas too! The product is beautifully made and the engraved initials were a lovely touch. The packaging was beautiful as well - I didn't even bother wrapping it in different paper.
