Made with full grain cowhide leather, the 13 Inch Computer Bag comes with dual handles and an adjustable shoulder strap with shoulder pad, making it extra comfortable to carry. The inside is lined with soft neoprene and has extra padding on both sides, giving your laptop plenty of cushioning. We also include a slip pocket and large zippered pocket on the outside with plenty of room for a charger, as well as a D-ring on the inside for holding our Leather USB Holder (sold separately). The item arrived very quickly and looked just like it did in the picture online. The leather seems to be of high quality and it smells great! My little 9 1/2" x 12" Toshiba laptop fits in the bag perfectly. The hardware seems of high quality and I couldn't find any flaws in the stitching. The strap isn't leather--that might be the only disappointment for some people, but since I'll probably never use it it's not a big deal to me. The bag looks great and if it turns out to be durable I hope to use it for many, many years. In my brief two-week acquaintance with the bag I would highly recommend it.

I love the quality of this bag. It more than meets the needs that I have for its use. This review is not just about how much I like this bag, but how responsive this company is. I originally ordered one of the smaller bags late at night, (during the labor-day weekend) by the next day I had changed my mind. You can imagine how upset I felt. I used the contact email asking if they could change the bag type for me (same price). In the mean time I had gotten my shipping notice a few hours later and thought it was too late. When I got my package today, and opened the box, I saw that these guys had sent my second choice that I asked for in my change request. I love this company.
